| General Information |
Vagabond is a Contessa 32, a class which is renowned
for its stability and seaworthiness. It is one of the few boats
that survived the Fastnet race of 1979. Many of these boats have
undertaken extensive passages, including Antarctica, rounding
of Cape Horn, and many Atlantic crossings. In many ways it is
very similar to a Folkboat, high ballast ratio, good seaworthiness,
limited accommodation, and a pig to reverse! |
